STG Aerospace, makers of the market leading saf-Tglo™ Photoluminescent (PL) Floorpath system, has announced that it has continued its relationship with Southwest Airlines. An extension of the original agreement from December 2011, allows for the saf-Tglo® system to be retrofitted on some of the Dallas-based airline’s fleet of Boeing 737-300s.

In addition, a large element of its quarterly aisle carpet replacement routine was made up by costly carpet cutting, fitting and binding procedures, which often result in significant carpet wastage.
