Research has shown that cabin lighting, not only enhances an airline’s brand identity but also affects both the physiological and emotional responses of passengers. By balancing the light intensity and colour, cabin lighting can be used to help passengers feel more relaxed and that can lead them to spending more on airline ancillaries such as food and drinks.
Mr Duncan will be speaking about how STG Aerospace's research-driven product development has shown, the right cabin lighting can improve any airline’s bottom line.
