STG Aerospace, a world leader in pioneering aircraft lighting technologies, is delighted to announce that it has made two new key appointments – Dan Rice to the position of Regional Sales Director - North America and Cai Hai Tao as General Manager of the company’s recently established subsidiary, STG Aerospace (China) Co. Ltd.
Both of these new roles will report to Marcus Williams, Director of Global Sales & Marketing and will have responsibility for overseeing all sales and customer management activities in their respective regions as well as developing further STG Aerospace’s penetration into these key markets to support business growth. Dan is a qualified commercial pilot and has extensive aerospace operations and business development experience. Previously, Dan held the position of Business Unit Director for the Commercial Air Transport division of Emteq and led the expansion of its global LED cabin lighting business.
Commenting on his new role, Dan said: “This is an exciting opportunity for me. I was really impressed with the vision that STG Aerospace has for its future and I’m looking forward to contributing to making that vision a reality”.
Cai Hai Tao, known as Hank, will also have management responsibility for STG Aerospace’s newest office in Shanghai and has 10 years’ sales and business development as well as finance and accounting experience in various industries, including renewable energy, manufacturing, and professional services. Before joining STG Aerospace, he was a member of the board of directors and board of commissioners of several businesses owned by Zonergy Co Ltd in Indonesia.
Cai Hai Tao added: “I am delighted to be joining STG Aerospace at this exciting new phase of global expansion. I look forward to growing the STG Aerospace Chinese client base.”
