Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX), which took place from the 5th to 7th April in Hamburg, proved to be a highly successful event for STG Aerospace, a leading manufacturer of innovative aircraft cabin lighting solutions.
In addition to exhibiting their current market-leading saf-Tglo®, saf-Tsign® and liTeMood® product ranges the company also launched a number of new products, reflecting its holistic approach to cabin lighting.
The unforgettable Aircraft Interiors Expo saw STG Aerospace make several important product launch and customer program announcements throughout the week, including the launch of the world’s first blue glowing photoluminescent emergency floor path marking system, the unveiling of the company’s new patented square light beam drop-in retrofit LED reading lights as well as a full suite of replacement B737 and B757 LED ancillary cabin lights.
STG also announced their latest customer for their liTeMood® LED cabin lighting system is the iconic Eastern Air Lines, a cabin signage contract for Malaysian Airlines A380 fleet as well announcing achieving Design Organisation Approval (DOA) from EASA.
STG Aerospace would like to thank all the airlines, media, consultants and industry experts who, throughout the week, visited the STG Aerospace booth to discuss how STG Aerospace’s integrated lighting solutions are transforming aircraft cabins and providing significant savings.
Established in 2000, Aircraft Interiors Expo was the world’s first event dedicated entirely to aircraft interior design, fitting-out and completion. As this year’s show demonstrated, it is still the leading event of its kind today. During the course of the Expo, Nigel Duncan, STG Aerospace Chief Executive was interviewed by AIX TV, which you can see below.
