Our purpose is to create a fantastic passenger experience and help save lives. We believe that as a business it is important to help make the world a better place through our approach to ESG (Environment, Social & Governance). We have a set of responsibilities to society, to do our share to help make a fairer and greener world. We hold ourselves to high standards of ethical behaviour, starting with the way we support our own employees, by creating an environment where everyone belongs. Check out our Bright Lights!

STG is committed to sustainability across both our products and processes. All our photoluminescent products are:

• REACH compliant and do not use ozone depleting materials
• Easily disassembled to ease recycling at end of life.

We have implemented ISO 14001 and are committed to developing new products and packaging that balance sustainability with safety and performance. For example, in June 2024 we launched the first sustainable emergency floor path marking product, saf-Tglo® eco E1™. 

We have achieved the EcoVadis Bronze sustainability medal. A significant milestone in our ESG journey. This accomplishment puts us among the top 35% of more than 130,000 businesses rated by EcoVadis across the globe, and reflects the work we have done to formalise all processes within the business, and confirms that we are meeting rigorous standards.
