Heads Up Technologies acquires ALTO Aviation

We are excited to announce that our parent company, Heads Up Technologies, Inc. ("HUT"), a leading provider of highly engineered, proprietary lighting, cockpit and cabin electronics, has  acquired ALTO Aviation. Based in Sterling, Massachusetts, ALTO is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-end OEM & aftermarket audio and cabin management systems for the aviation market. HUT is backed by JLL Partners, a well-established New York-based private equity firm.
