Torfaen MP visits STG Aerospace Head Office
Torfaen MP and Shadow Secretary of State for International Trade, Nick Thomas-Symonds visited STG Aerospace head office in Cwmbran on Friday 21 October. His aim, to learn about what we do and how we operate as an exporter.
STG Aerospace is trusted by the Aerospace industry as a partner of choice for their emergency exit marking and cabin lighting systems. We meet these demands through two core technologies, photoluminescent and LED based lighting solutions.
We have a strong heritage in the innovative design, manufacture and certification of solutions that are line-fit for major OEMs (including Boeing, Airbus & Embraer); and are operating on over 10,000 aircraft, with some 300 airlines across the globe.
Speaking after the visit Nick Thomas-Symonds said: “STG Aerospace are an important local employer, as well as a globally recognised supplier to the aerospace market. I’m impressed by the incredible facility in Cwmbran, particularly their cabin simulator where they demonstrate and test their lighting solutions. I am delighted they are based in Cwmbran.”
